Troy Morris is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in fitness, wellness and
sports performance. An Army veteran and former NBA and collegiate strength and conditioning coach , Troy
combines his knowledge, experience from proactive and reactive
environments to enhance the quality of movement through mindset, education and leadership.
Troy holds a Master of Science degree from Austin Peay State University in Exercise Science and
several fitness and performance certifications. His commitment to education and research, Troy
has spread his knowledge and experience by serving as an adjunct professor at the University of
Central Florida. In addition, he has provided educational workshops for the National Strength
and Conditioning Association and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
